I founded HumAi because I saw too many companies investing in AI and getting little back. Not because the technology and tools weren’t there — but because teams weren’t ready.
During my 9 years at Amazon and AWS, I led cloud and AI transformation with enterprises across industries. I saw how, when done right, AI could completely reshape business models and unlock new growth. But I also saw the disconnect in most companies: leaders drowning in hype, while employees felt uncertain and unprepared.
The results? Tools that never got adopted. GenAI used in silos, without strategy or ROI. “Transformations” that didn’t transform.
That’s why I started HumAi — to close that gap and help teams adopt GenAI in a way that is human-first, practical, and delivers real impact.
